Black Forest & Gouda Rigatoni
Ingredients 1/2 Cup Saags Black Forest Ham, diced
1 Cup Gouda Cheese, shredded
1 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup butter
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Cups Rigatoni
1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
Salt and Pepper
Garnish: diced tomatoes
Boil Rigatoni until done. Drain water and put back in
pan.
Sauté Melt butter on low heat in a pan. Add ham and peas, stirring until peas
are warm.
Mix cheese, flour, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper
in with the rigatoni until
cheese is melted. Add peas and ham mixture.
Add diced tomatoes on top for garnish.
