I have wanted to have a beef section for the longest time and thought I would just jump in with
a few recipes.  I promise to add lots in the future.

Beef Bulgogi  This is a great ginger flavored beef dish that is served over rice.
Nice for a change of pace with an Asian flavor.

Beef Stroganoff  One of our family favorites year after year.  I make this at least once a
month.

Beef with Cashews  This unusual dish is a favorite at my home and it counts for 7 points if
you are doing the weight watcher's diet.

Dried Cranberry Brisket Made with Portobello mushrooms, this is a wonderful holiday
dish.  The meat comes out tender and juicy.

Pot Roast Just an old-style family recipe loved by all.

Skillet Pineapple Beef  A quick easy taste of the Orient.

Tenderloin with Port Blackberry Sauce  Port reductions are always fabulous with
beef and the addition of blackberries in this one, gives it an even more interesting
flavor.
