Banana Muffins
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup ripe bananas, mashed
1-1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/2 cups pecans
Cream margarine. Add sugar and eggs; beat. Stir in mashed bananas.
Add sifted dry ingredients. Add nuts. Fill paper liners in muffin pan
three-quarters full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 350 degree F oven.
