Asian Vinaigrette
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. Asian hot chili sauce
In a mixing bowl, dissolve sugar in
vinegar, add the sesame and vegetable oils. Whisk
in all other ingredients. Toss with your favorite salad and serve.
Notes: If you don't have or
can't find Asian hot chili sauce, any hot sauce is a good
substitute.
