Anna's Bean Dip
1 - 16 oz can of vegetarian refried beans
1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 - 8 oz bag of shredded cheese (any type except Italian cheese)
½ a can (7.75oz) of El Pato Jalapeno sauce (use full can if you want more spicy)
1 - 3-4 oz can of jalapenos any brand
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and microwave or heat over stove top until
blended and cheese is melted. Serve with corn chips. Tip: My Nanas
or any other restaurant style chip heated in the microwave for
about 30 seconds makes for a better chip.
